2. Scope

These Terms of Service govern all purchases made through the Padraqio website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Orders and pricing

There is no minimum order value. Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before confirming an order.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely.

5. Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Madrid. Estimated delivery times:

• Spain (Peninsula & Balearics): 7–14 business days — €5.90 under €100 / free from €100
• European Union: 14–21 business days — €9.90 under €100 / free from €100
• Rest of World: 14–30 business days — from €29.90

6. Returns

You may return unused items within 30 days of receipt. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. See our Returns page for full details.

7. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity in accordance with Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007).

8. Consumer rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
