2. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the PADRAQIO website. By placing an order, the customer confirms that the order information is correct and accepts the Terms of Service and the policies linked at checkout. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
3. Orders and prices
There is no minimum order amount. Product prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping, customs duties and other charges are shown separately when relevant. Before payment, the customer can review the products, quantities, prices, delivery address and available payment method. If a clear pricing or stock error is identified before dispatch, PADRAQIO will contact the customer and offer correction or cancellation and refund.
4. Payment
Payment must be completed online before dispatch. Available methods are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Bizum, subject to the options displayed at checkout for the order. The customer selects a method, enters the required payment information and confirms the order. Payments are processed through secure payment systems, and PADRAQIO does not store complete card details.
5. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and delivered to the address entered at checkout. Pickup is not available.
Spain — Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 2–5 days after dispatch; free shipping.
European Union: 5–7 days after dispatch; free shipping.
Other countries: 7–10 days after dispatch; free shipping.
The exact carrier and tracking information are provided when available. Delivery times are estimates and may change because of carrier operations, customs procedures or circumstances outside the seller’s reasonable control.
6. Returns and exchanges
Most unused products may be returned within 30 calendar days after receipt if they remain in their original condition, original packaging and complete with included items. For a voluntary return, the customer pays the return cost. For a defective, damaged or incorrect product, Padraqio S.L. covers approved return costs. Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method. Approved exchanges are dispatched within 3 business days after receipt and inspection, subject to availability. 7. Legal guarantee
Products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity under Spanish consumer-protection law, including Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007. Remedies are applied according to the circumstances and applicable law.
8. Consumer rights
These Terms do not restrict rights granted by mandatory Spanish or European Union consumer law. Where a provision conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory rule applies.
9. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be handled according to mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules and, where legally permitted, by the courts of Madrid, Spain.

Delivery
PADRAQIO delivers to Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal, France, the United Kingdom and Ireland. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after online payment confirmation. Delivery after dispatch is estimated at 2-5 days for Spain and 5-7 days for Germany, Italy, Portugal, France, the United Kingdom and Ireland. Shipping is free for all products and all order values. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, customs duties, import VAT, customs-clearance fees and other local charges are paid by the recipient.
