Shipping & Payment Policy

1. Delivery countries

PADRAQIO accepts and delivers orders only to Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal, France, the United Kingdom and Ireland. The delivery country selected at checkout must be one of these countries.

2. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after online payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. A shipping confirmation and tracking information are sent by email when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

3. Spain

Delivery time after dispatch: 2-5 days. Carriers: Correos Express, SEUR or MRW, depending on the destination and available service. Shipping cost: free.

4. Germany, Italy, Portugal, France and Ireland

Delivery time after dispatch: 5-7 days. Carriers: DHL, UPS or GLS, depending on the available service. Shipping cost: free.

5. United Kingdom

Delivery time after dispatch: 5-7 days, excluding possible customs processing delays. Carriers: DHL, UPS or GLS, depending on the available service. Shipping cost charged by PADRAQIO: free. Because the United Kingdom is outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT, customs-clearance fees, brokerage fees and other local charges are not included in the product price and are paid by the recipient according to the rules of the destination country. Customs processing may extend the delivery time.

6. Free shipping conditions

Shipping is free for all products, all order values and all seven available delivery countries. There is no minimum order amount for free shipping, no coupon is required and there are no product-category exclusions.

7. Payment methods

Payment is completed online before dispatch. Available payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Bizum.
