All orders are processed and dispatched through our fulfilment process in Madrid. There is no minimum order value.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be subject to additional customs fees, import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
