Returns & Refunds
Return period
You may return most items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
How to initiate a return
To start a return, contact us by email at sales@padraqio.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Padraqio may offer a prepaid return label for eligible returns. If the customer uses a prepaid return label, the following amount will be deducted from the refund:
- Spain: €6.90
- European Union: €14.90
- Rest of World: return shipping is paid by the customer or calculated individually where a return label is available
If the product is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrect, Padraqio S.L. will cover the approved return shipping cost and offer a replacement, repair or refund where applicable.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Defective or damaged items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund.
Legal guarantee
All products are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity in accordance with Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007).
